Richa Bhushan

Richa has 28 years of experience working with corporates, publishers, educational institutions and EdTech organisations. She has developed online, eLearning, classroom training as well as print content for the education sector- schools (K-12), universities, vocational training, EdTech companies and publishers. On the corporate side, she has worked on content projects for banking, insurance healthcare, agriculture and IT sectors.
Richa has led the development of online, rich media-based content, simulation-based learning, gamified learning and graphical eBooks. She has worked on book editing and book re-write projects. Additionally, she has trained teachers and content teams in online content development and content delivery. She has set up and led large content development teams, both, in-house and virtual, across multiple geographies.
She has designed products for learners across the globe- the US, UK, Ireland, the UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Cyprus, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and India. Some of these products have won or were short-listed for esteemed awards by ISTE, WOLCE; BUPA Foundation; IT Training and BETT.
Richa holds two Bachelor degrees- one in History with honours from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi and the other in Education also from Delhi University.
When, not immersed in the world of content, Richa likes to bake, read and travel.
